This position will support the Manager of 7 communities.
The ideal candidate will be someone who is very organized and enjoys providing excellent customer service.
The duties include assisting the manager with the day-to-day operations of each community, fielding homeowner questions, directing vendors, enforcing CC&Rs, and attending Board meetings.

Responsibilities:
Assist in managing all aspects of serving HOA Communities including:
Attend approximately 4 monthly Board meetings Create action lists for each community & address emergency/after-hour issues On-site inspections of communities Represent our company with the highest of integrity and standards
Qualifications:
Ability to meet deadlines & work efficiently Excellent written & verbal communication skills, solid computer skills Dependable with a solid attendance record Quick learner who is comfortable working independently SPECIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Must have reliable transportation to conduct site visits and be available for evening meetings Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and registration Job Location:
Goleta, CA This position may become a Hybrid Remote position.
Hours are Monday - Friday - with 1/2 day on Fridays.
