Nestled near the beaches between the Pacific Coast and Santa Ynez mountains, Devereux California is a therapeutic behavioral health treatment facility offering residential services, community living, day programs, and clinical services for adults with multiple diagnoses including autistic spectrum disorders, emotional and/or behavioral differences, intellectual and developmental disabilities, dementia and other cognitive disorders.
Located in Goleta, CA, this position is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the supportive living programs.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Providing oversight and coordination to the supported living services programDeveloping, implementing, and monitoring treatment plans of individuals servedActively supervising, coaching, training, and mentoring Supported Living CoordinatorsOverseeing the supervision of Personal Attendants (Direct Care staff)Ensuring that clients' needs are met according to program designCommunicating with individual served, their family and/or legal guardian, funding agencies, social worker, etc.

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social work, Behavioral Sciences, Education, Special Education, Healthcare or another related field required.
Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of experience providing care or supervision to individuals in a related field.
Prior supervisory experience required.
