This is a critical position that provides vital administrative support to ensure the efficiency of the Design and Construction (D&C) Team and our Development Projects.
Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Design and Construction, this position will play a major role in keeping the D&C Team organized and on track.
At AutoCamp, you'll be responsible for supporting organization and efficiency of the D&C Department at the highest level.
You'll have experience with both the construction and design process.
You will display confidence in creating and managing basic excel worksheets to track a project's life cycle.
This role requires someone who is extremely efficient, detail oriented and a self starter as they not only support the D&C Team, but all cross departmental teams who also participate in the design and construction of all new properties.
This is a primarily remote position, but will require regular travel to our Santa Barbara office, as well as travel to property sites as needed.
Strong preference for someone located on West Coast or in Denver.
Should be based near a major travel hub for ease of getting to Santa Barbara and project sites.

Maintain all D&C organizational systems for a project and their internal files.
Facilitate internal communication within the D&C team and Basecamp Team members.
Assist in planning meetings, appointments, and site visits between internal D&C teams and 3rd party consultants Lead all D&C team meetings efficiently through the agenda and keep track of all deliverables via Asana.
Lead all internal project meetings, bring important deliverables to the OAC meetings and support meeting internal deliverables on time.
Audit meeting cadences, agenda and participants to continually refine the efficiency within the Department.
Update and develop SOPs needed within the Department that support all project needs.
Develop and maintain tracking tools for development projects-(ie-lien releases from contractors and vendors, payments, contracts, etc.
) Revise and update contracts and agreements for the Senior Director of Construction.
Be the POC for pay applications and invoices.
Work with the internal Accounting Department to make sure 3rd party consultants are paid in a timely manner in support of projects staying on track and within budget.
Assist with administrative tasks for the Senior Director of Construction Other duties include, but are not limited to Represents the AutoCamp brand with all partnerships and local vendors Special projects as assigned by the Senior Director of Construction or other Executive Leaders in the Company.
Required Education and Experience 2
years of prior Construction Administrative experience or equal in a construction environment.
Degree or certificates in business a plus Passion for the great outdoors Excellent organizational skills, keen attention to detail Asana and G-Suite knowledge a plus! Highly proficient in Word, Excel and Power Point.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
