Return Supervisor

Do you love fashion and apparel? Do you have excellent customer service skills? We are looking for a friendly and professional candidate to work in our Distribution center. You will need to have excellent customer service skills, be detail oriented, and have excellent computer skills. You will be responsible for executing return transactions, ensuring quality, and solving customer service issues involving returns. You will be managing the daily activities of the returns team which include: correctly marking invoices, data entry, and returns paperwork.
Responsibilities:
Initiate contact with customers via email and/or phone
Train and supervise return specialists
Ensure returns are accurate
Correct Customer orders related to missing products
Address back ordered items
Ensure accuracy with labeling of refurbished products.
Auditing of returns processes in order to minimize errors
Other Qualifications:
- Superb Customer service skills
- Detail oriented, must have excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Experience local distribution company
- Interest in fashion and apparel is a large plus

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
